John Dillon Corona
Growing up I was always around coaching and sports.
My father was a defensive coordinator for multiple high school football teams at the junior college and high school level in Southern California for 30+ years.
He inspired me to take sports seriously.
After training under a few strength and conditioning coaches myself I was inspired to help the next generation of athletes. I have played rugby, football, basketball, surfed, boxed, done Ironmans and now am training for one more marathon at the end of this year.
Whether you are looking to works towards learning how to strength train for the first time or are a seasoned athlete I would be honored to help you on your fitness journey!
My ultimate goal is to own my own facility to help grow the legitimacy of west coast sports. In addition to helping people living active and independent lives for as long as possible.
